Win 10 and Microsoft 365 Implementation

what is digitization?

Microsoft Windows 10 is used by almost 60% of all users worldwide. The operating system was released in 2015 and is the successor to Windows 8.1. In parallel, Microsoft Windows Server 2016 was launched as the successor to Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2. For Microsoft, Windows 10 is the last Windows version according to the classic versioning model. In the future, no new versions will be brought to the market.
Microsoft's philosophy now sees Windows as a service. In line with this, Microsoft is pushing cloud computing and One Drive represents the connection. The changes are therefore serious and sooner or later of great importance for all users. The products of the Office package included in the operating system, such as Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and One Note have become standard.

Use Microsoft 365

Microsoft's philosophy is clearly moving towards cloud computing. Advantages of this technology are integrated powerful features so that networked working has become very easy. Web applications at Microsoft Office Online include Excel-OneNote-Outlook-PowerPoint-Word. Access and Publisher are available for use as desktop versions. Office Online, as a standalone web application, can be used by any user with a Microsoft account, regardless of operating system and free of charge.

Simply Cloud

For large companies, Skype for Business (the former Lync) and InfoPath can be added. Users who have worked on premises in the past years will have to switch to Office 365 in the future. This means learning how to use the online versions and, in addition, learning how to use SharePoint. We would like to support you in this process.
