Which application supports which task?
Teams can support coordination, SharePoint shared content and documents, Planner tasks, and Forms feedback. This orientation does not replace assessment of your environment: features, availability and integration depend on licensing and configuration.
Questions often concern the boundaries: is a task mentioned in chat or formally recorded, which file is authoritative and who handles feedback? Without clear rules, information spreads across more places.
Working through a process together
We use a real example, such as preparing a project meeting or handling an internal request. Where is information recorded, how are tasks assigned and where is the shared result? This connects applications, responsibilities and support.
Including users and power users
Document sharing, shared content and user or power-user tasks are explored through practical work, including other Microsoft 365 apps. Everyday use differs from designing the workplace or providing administrative support.
From feedback to a completed task
Feedback might arrive through Forms, with ownership clarified in the team, a task organised and documents stored in a shared place. We assess suitability in your environment; a fully automated process is not assumed.
- Who reviews incoming information and decides the next step?
- When does a message become a committed task?
- Where is the result, and who learns of completion?
Practical benefit rather than a feature show
The focus is clear handovers and working practices. This is no blanket promise that every licence includes all features. We clarify application suitability and training together.
Practical questions
Does our Microsoft 365 licence include every Planner feature?
There is no blanket answer. Availability and additional requirements depend on the feature and licence. We check your current licences and required capabilities before selection.
