METHODS

In the USA, project management focuses on methodology and an orderly approach. In Germany, the focus is more on hierarchies and management functions and therefore on responsibility and control. IPMA and Prince2 are the classic methods of IT project management. However, they are somewhat rigid and hierarchical. Of course we are able to manage your project in an agile way. SCRUM and Kanban are much more flexible and use existing resources more efficiently. This allows for faster project processes.

Communication & LEadership

In the projects we manage, we always ensure open communication and a high level of transparency. To this end, we use all possible communication channels, from personal conversations to e-mail, chat or Skype.

In the role of project manager, we see ourselves as leaders with a clear view of what each individual in the team has to do. Nevertheless, we want to rely on the team to take the right steps at the right time. In doing so, we make use of the team's self-organizing powers and merely provide the framework within which all project members fully contribute their expertise and creativity.
